Policy of Quality, of the Information Management System and Business Continuity Plan

The Policy of Quality, of the Information Management System and Business Continuity Plan expresses the commitment made by the Managing Board regarding the implementation of the decisions within the Promotion, Quality Management, Information Security and Business Continuity, considering them essential in the activities developed by RNA.

Mission
Our mission consists in ensuring the highest standards of quality control for provided services, and our goal is to fully protect people, helping them effectively when they really need us the most, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

• Supply products and services in travel assistance / healthcare assistance / body injury / home assistance and legal protection, with quality and full compliance with applicable standards, laws and regulations or any other regulations approved by the company.

• Establish and promote partnerships with international and national companies in order to meet market demands and Customer’s needs and expectations, as well as identify new business opportunities on an ongoing basis.

• Promote improvement, evaluating the performance of the Integrated Management System, in the definition and revision for the company’s established objectives.

RNA Managing Board is responsible for the definition and approval of the Quality Policy, Information Management System and Business Continuity Plan in force. Therefore, RNA Managing Board is responsible for the creation of favorable conditions within the organization in order to have its Policy released, understood and implemented by its own professionals.
Annually the Quality Policy, Information Management System and Business Continuity Plan is submitted to the RNA Managing Board to appreciation. Whenever it is possible, this appreciation is reconciled with the Management Review of the Integrated system.


Objectives of the Integrated Management System
Aiming to continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of its Quality Management System and processes, RNA has strategically defined its Quality Objectives.

These objectives are coherent with the company’s strategic options and consistent with the company’s Quality Policy, Information Management System and Business Continuity Plan.

RNA follows up and evaluates compliance with these Objectives through the definition, quantification, measurement, and/or monitoring of indicators and actions that allow objectively the release of its extent.

RNA seeks to establish its own spirit and culture, covering all the company’s functions as a whole, being now consolidating the designed objectives for its own activities.
