A young, multilingual, dynamic, motivated team with extensive experience ensures service 24 hours/day, every day of the year, coupled with a network of service providers in the widest range of areas, distributed nationally and internationally, ensure that RNA satisfies all the necessary conditions to provide an excellent service to all its Customers and Partners.

The RNA operators are the fundamental components of the quality of service provided.

Our service platform consists of around 60 operators with an average age of 27 who have completed a degree or are attending university, and who are fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Helping others when they most need us is our daily challenge. We share a common goal: to do more and better when assisting our customers, whatever the unforeseen circumstances they are facing, wherever they are.
